And did we mention our Japanese joinery bed frames are hardware free and tool free? That means no nuts, bolts, screws, or those dreaded little Allen wrenches. What shipping service do you use?
We use UPS ground for all our shipments. No signature is required for delivery.
How soon before my order arrives?
We ship out all orders within 5 business days, typically sooner. Depending on where you’re located in the US, transit time can be within 1-8 days.
Do you provide custom sizes?
Yes, we do. Please reach out to us for more information.
Can you heighten the bed frame to have more under bed storage?
Not entirely. We build and ship our bed frames with the legs already attached. This design makes our bed frames extremely sturdy & strong. With long legs, the box becomes too large to ship through the mail. We do however, have the ability to lengthen the legs and raise the frame up 2” higher for an extra fee. If this is something you’re interested in, please send us a message, we will be happy to help.
Can you provide custom stains or paints?
At this time, we only provide the stain colors listed in the ad.

There was a minor issue with one of the wood pieces and Jim immediately sent out a replacement piece for us. Beautiful & excellent quality. Apparently UPS damaged one piece. Gash on outside of box shows where one of the pieces got damaged. However, the gash in the wood is on an internal side so does not effect outer appearance or functionality.
